Before that, Kim worked for a retail tax firm as preparer, office coordinator and instructor. After a stint as a stay at home mom raising brilliant children (her son is a rocket scientist! and her daughters are a middle school teacher and occupational therapist), she found she enjoyed preparing tax returns. When it is not crazy tax season, you might find Kim on a trip somewhere with her husband Joe, reading a book, watching an Avs game or sewing on a quilt. She also volunteers for the Friends of the Arapahoe Libraries, and Eastern Hills Community Church.
